About
Alafia Driving Academy opened due to the need to provide a better understanding of driving requirements and techniques that were unavailable in the area.
We decided to provide One-on-One, Behind-the-Wheel instruction for the teenagers and adults of eastern Hillsborough County to educate them on how to be a safe driver.

Ed R.is a brave and talented man, he successfully taught both of our daughters how to drive, our second daughter just got her license and if it wasn't for Ed, I would have been a total wreck! He is the best instructor! Highly recommend him! Thank you very much, Ed, you saved my sanity!

I can not recommend Alafia Driving Academy highly enough! My daughter did the 10 hour driving sessions with Mr. Gabriel, and he taught her so much! She was extremely nervous for that first session, but Mr. Gabriel was extremely patient and kind - and gave her so much confidence behind the wheel along with a lot of knowledge. She just passed her driving test and the first thing she wanted to do was to let Mr. Gabriel know and thank him so much for all the help he gave her!
