About
Alafia Driving Academy opened due to the need to provide a better understanding of driving requirements and techniques that were unavailable in the area.
We decided to provide One-on-One, Behind-the-Wheel instruction for the teenagers and adults of eastern Hillsborough County to educate them on how to be a safe driver.

We had a great experience with Alafia Driving Academy. Ed was my son's instructor and he was very through in his methods. Whatever he taught him stuck with our son so much that he started pointing out issues with my driving. He is licensed now and ready to hit the road. The whole process of signing up, selecting classes etc is super easy as well. They do try to accommodate you if you cannot find a time slot that fits your needs. Thank you Ed and Alafia academy.

After a lot of research we found this wonderful person Ed who went over and beyond to make our son confident and very safe driver. He taught all the driving skills with lot of patience and been with our son from scratch and successfully made him pass the road test. Thank you so much Alafia academy and Ed Renecckar . We highly recommend this place for anybody who is looking for great driving teacher!
